Literacy Program
Is your child in 3rd grade or below and in need of literacy support or homework help? Our program offers free one-on-one tutoring in reading, vocabulary, phonics, writing, and more. Dedicated, background-checked volunteers provide personalized assistance to help your child succeed. We also offer snack packs, school supplies, transportation, and other resources upon request. To qualify, students and families must be facing financial hardship, homelessness, low-income, or at-risk circumstances. *Our program is now at capacity and we are now accepting students to be on our waitlist below.

We are able to host this programming in partnership with Pinellas Community Church, a church in the heart of the Southside community that allows us to utilize their classrooms every Thursday from 6-7pm.

Generally we aim to have your child for no longer than 1 year unless they need continued support in which we handle on a case by case basis.
